The annual Canadian Snowbird Outlook report from the BMO Bank of Montreal is still hyping Florida purchases for weather-weary residents, but warns that home prices are on the rise in the Sunshine State as well as other popular spots such as Arizona. Canadians are the largest foreign buyers in Florida and more than 500,000 currently own real estate here.
